Essential listings appear inside the C3 Dental Marketing state network and remain active while your monthly service is active and in good standing.

Placement Rules

• Placement: Essential placement is assigned based on availability in the selected state or section.
• Active service: Your listing remains visible while your service is active and in good standing.
• Non-payment: If billing fails beyond any applicable grace period, service may be paused and placement may be released.

Production and Launch

Listings typically go live within 24–72 hours after we receive your completed work order and required assets.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Setup fees: Refundable only if cancellation is requested before production begins.
• After production begins: Setup fees become non-refundable due to custom production and onboarding.
• Monthly service: Month-to-month and cancellable anytime. Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Service remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

Content and Compliance

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and for ensuring claims, offers, and assets comply with applicable laws and guidelines. C3 Dental Marketing may request edits or refuse content that appears misleading or non-compliant.

Pricing Breakdown

• Base listing service: $50/month
• Featured add-on: +$50/month
• Total while Featured is active: $100/month

Featured Placement Rules

• Limited inventory: Featured positions are limited to 24 per state unless otherwise stated.
• Reservation: Featured availability is based on inventory at the time of signup.
• Billing status: Featured placement remains reserved only while billing is active and in good standing.
• Failed billing: If Featured billing is canceled or fails beyond any applicable grace period, the Featured position may be released.

Featured is first-come, first-served and limited to 24 spots per state unless otherwise stated.

If Featured billing is not active or falls out of good standing, the Featured position may be released.
