Standard Placement Rules

• Placement: Standard placement is assigned based on availability within the selected state/section.
• Active service: Your listing remains visible while your subscription is active and in good standing.
• Non-payment / lapse: If billing fails beyond the grace period, the listing may be paused and the placement may be released.

Listings typically go live within 24–72 hours after we receive your completed work order and required assets.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Setup fees: Refundable only if cancellation is requested before production begins.
• Once production begins: Setup fees become non-refundable due to custom production.
• Monthly service: Month-to-month and cancellable anytime. Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Service remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Content & Compliance

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and ensuring claims/offers comply with applicable laws and guidelines. C3 Dental Marketing may request edits or refuse content that is misleading or non-compliant.

Premium Page 1 Featured placements are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. These policies explain reservation, billing, and how to keep your spot active.

• Standard Listing (Pages 2–4): $50/month
• Featured Upgrade (Page 1 Premium placement): +$50/month
• Total while Featured is active: $100/month

Featured Placement Rules

• Limited inventory: Featured positions are limited (example: 24 per state) and may sell out.
• Reservation: Featured spots are reserved based on availability at the time of signup.
• Billing / lapse: Featured placement remains reserved only while your service is active and in good standing. If billing is cancelled or fails beyond a short grace period, the Featured position may be released.
